Terms

Last updated: 2026-10-06.

These are the rules for using Can You Draw? and they cover the mobile app and this website. By using Can You Draw? you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Can You Draw? is run by Rokuma. In these terms, "we" means Rokuma.

Who can use Can You Draw?

To use Can You Draw? you must be 13 or older. The app does not ask your age. If you are under 13, please do not use it.

Your account and guests

When you first open the app, it makes a guest account for you. As a guest you can draw, post, give hearts and report things. To follow people, give stickers, write a bio or change your username, you need to sign in.

A guest account lives on one phone. If you lose the phone or delete the app, you may not get the account back. A guest account that is not used for a long time is deleted with its drawings. The privacy policy says when.

You are responsible for what is done with your account. Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not make accounts to get around a limit or a block.

You can stop using Can You Draw? at any time. You can delete your account, and everything in it, in the app's Settings.

What you may not post

Can You Draw? is a public gallery that people of many ages use. These rules cover your drawings, anything you write in a drawing, your signature, your username and your bio. Do not post:

A bad drawing is never against the rules. Neither is an ugly one, a nearly empty one, a silly joke or cartoon violence.

Do not try to get around the checks or the limits, and do not use Can You Draw? in a way that breaks it for other people.

What happens when something breaks the rules

Every drawing is checked by an automated check before other people can see it. A drawing the check blocks is not shown to other people. If the check cannot decide, the drawing is held until someone at Rokuma has looked at it.

Anyone using the app can report a drawing, a username or a bio. A drawing that several people report is hidden until someone at Rokuma has looked at it. That person can put it back or block it.

Usernames and bios are checked too. We can replace a username that breaks the rules with a made-up one, and we can remove a bio.

We can hold, hide or remove anything that breaks these rules. We can close the account of someone who keeps breaking them, or who breaks them badly.

The checks make mistakes. If you think we got one wrong, write to hello@canyoudraw.com.

Your drawings stay yours

What you draw is yours. Posting it does not give it to us.

When you post a drawing, you let Rokuma store it and show it, with your username and a replay of how it was drawn, in the app, on this website and when someone shares it. Sharing from the app makes a picture of the drawing with its prompt and your username on it, which the person sharing can send anywhere. You do not get paid for any of this.

This lasts for as long as Can You Draw? has the drawing. When you delete a drawing or your account, we stop showing it and delete it from our systems, as the privacy policy describes. Copies that other people have already shared or saved are out of our hands.

Post only drawings you made yourself.

Tickets, frames and badges

You earn tickets and badges by using the app, and you can spend tickets on things like frames. They are part of the game. They have no cash value. You cannot buy them, sell them, swap them for money or move them to another account.

We can change how they are earned, what they unlock and what things cost.

The app comes as it is

We work to keep Can You Draw? running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, or that nothing you post will ever be lost. We can change it, or stop offering it.

Other people make the drawings you see. We check them, but we cannot promise that you will never see something you dislike. If you do, please report it.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law where you live gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. When we do, we will put the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If you keep using Can You Draw? after a change, the new terms apply to you.
